Why did you start this post? Who did you have in mind when you started it? And why did you think they were a tease?
For those who's primary language is not english, I'll give it a try. However, be aware that I'm probably the last person you should ask about this because I can't think of anyone on the zone I could use as an example.
A tease is usually someone who is perceived as titalating another person with offers of favors (usually sexual) without ever going through with the promise.
I wouldn't have even posted here except that I hate to waste my time reading a board that seems to be going nowhere.

I'm the zone's biggest tease, I often promise to pop a girls eye out and stick it in the hole but never do.
Chelsea and Courtney are the biggest teases on the zone. They are constantly leading me on and never following through.
